Growing up on a farm in rual Missouri I attended Marquand-Zion School District in Marquand MO. In high school I attended Arcadia Valley Trade School for Graphic Arts. Right out of high school I was employeed at Con P. Curran Printing and later managed the printing Department for Triad Printing.

I LOVE being a part of the SHS iLead team on campus. As a part of iLead team we’ve enjoyed this year attending the METC 2016 Conference, and EDcamp STL,

In April I attended The Missouri Art Educators PD at Southeast Missouri State University.

This summer I traveled to DESE’s Arts Education Professional Development Day in Poplar Bluff, MO and the “Let’s Go MO Symposium,” in Joplin, MO.

• I am a proud member of the Sikeston Community Teacher’s Association and The Missouri Teacher’s Association
• Also, I serve as an SHS representative for the district salary committee.​
