I graduated from Jackson High School in 2011 and went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Education and a minor in Spanish from Southeast Missouri State University in 2015.
I graduated college with a B.S. in Education and a minor in Spanish.
This summer I attended an AP Summer Institute to help better prepare my honors kids for AP in their future classes here at the high school.
I began teaching at Sikeston High School in 2015 and this will be my sixth year with the District. I teach freshman and junior English classes.
I enjoy traveling and running. I have been to Europe, South America, and India and have studied abroad twice in South America and tutored kids in English in Spain and Germany. I ran cross country and track for Southeast Missouri State and continue to run in my free time.
I am the track and field distance coach here at SHS.
